Punctuation used in theater programs

What is the term for the punctuation that is seen in theater programs, such as:

The Cast Maria...........................................Julie Andrews Capt. Von Trapp.................Christopher Plummer

I’m asking specifically about the multiple periods--is there a punctuation term for them as a group like “ellipsis” is for three periods?

Thank you! Deborah :)

Leaders.
I learned the term by using Desktop Publishing (DTP) software.

In our church's weekly bulletin (order of service)
the music titles have traditionally been placed in quotes such as "Hallelujah"--G. F. Handel. It
seems that many churches, orchestras, etc. have been moving to italicizing the titles. What would you suggest?
