Keep from catching it

Does this
“The flu is going around. In order to keep from catching it, you should gargle and wash your hands regularly”
Make sense? I’ve never heard. “In order to keep from catching it.” used in a sentence before.

It's American idiom. I've never heard it in England.

Everyone loves to eat meat in all countries and I am not an exception, I constantly buy meat for the week ahead and store it in White Meat Foam Tray which I buy at https://mcdonaldpaper.com/ckf-42pw-42-white-meat-foam-tray-400-cs/. They are very reliable and shockproof, and most importantly, they are easy to use.
