Going back to the beginning of the thread, starting a sentence with her or she, I learned in grade school to always drop the other person in the sentence as a way to remember and I've never had to think twice. I cringe when people start out with "Him and her, Him and me, etc." Now in this case, to me, this sentence either way sounds awkward, however, the second one is correct. She is the subject at the beginning of the sentence but her is the object at the end.
