I'm from the Midwest (Indiana) and we definitely say the L when saying like, "That's all, Folks!" African-americans may not say it in their accent.
My relatives in the south do say kinfolk a lot but it's been a while since I've heard them say it.

First off, Jamacians speak such a hackneyed, distorted version of english, that the bulk of americans cannot even understand what they're saying.
Second, I'd guess that from "Little darling, don't shed no tears/No woman no cry". is that he's telling a woman not to cry.

Uh, how about,
"Which seasons aren't he in?"
are is for plural of seasons.
is would be for one season.
